Yin Yoga Workshop

This specialty class is generally offered once a month and is taught by Traci Jones.  Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of yoga practice.

Restorative Yoga Workshop

This specialty class is offered just four times a year.  The class is joint taught by Traci Jones and Brenda Hadley.  This class combines Yoga Asanas (postures) with the art of Reiki.

Reiki Workshop

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.

Beginner's & Beyond

Take your yoga practice to the next level. Modifications are given as students progress.

Chair Yoga

Work on postures and breath work from a seated position then work on improving balance with the support of your chair. Good for anyone in need of healing or those with physical limitations.

Core Fusion

Looking to elevate your heart-rate, tone your abs and sculpt your body? CoreFusion may be for you. This class is a mixture of low impact exercises that engage the powerhouse while lengthening the body through yoga and Pilates.

Gentle Stretch

This 45 minute all levels yoga class offers a peaceful break to your day. The pace is slow and the postures are gentle. Escape the everyday with this refreshing pause.

Women's Strength Building Yoga Dance

Move your body to the rhythm of music while enjoying a playful exploration through a series of exercises and asanas designed to build strength. Movement and stillness, sound and silence, strength and flexibility, activity and relaxation – treat yourself to this delightful, soulful journey of complementary opposites.
